Went fishing 🎣 on the Manasquan Inlet north jetty this evening on a warm, cloudy day with a light east wind before a storm. A guy told me that there were 500 fishermen in the Point Pleasant, NJ, surf and 100 boats 🚤 near the beach. Saw a spiny dogfish and skate get caught in the ocean. I didn’t get a hit. Saw small spearing and large sand eels in the inlet under the lights at night for the first time this year. Took pics.
