Went fishing 🎣 at Manasquan Inlet this evening on a warm, sunny day with a moderate west wind and incoming tide during an all day striped bass on peanut bunker blitz. Most fishermen caught nothing though. As I was walking out on the jetty, a fisherman suggested that I fish 🎣 in the surf because of the stripers chasing bunker there. I made 150 casts in 2.5 hours into the ocean from the jetty near the beach and caught one peanut bunker and lost a striper. Only saw a few striped bass caught by the fishermen hoard. When three young fishermen arrived and started fishing 🎣 nearby, one of them snapped off his lure on the first cast. A young blonde girl surfer 🏄‍♀️ went out into the ocean among the flying lures, jumping fish 🐟 and boats 🛥️. I took pictures. Fell on the jetty at night. I may try fresh water fishing 🎣 and hunting soon. Fishing 🎣 in a crowd is not fun.
