I suspect that is how North Korea & Iran instantly jump started their now global threatening nuclear programs of today. Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the Russians were the, "go-between" behind the then Obama administration & North Korea & Iran in this deal. This would have then ultimately destabilized that part of the world but now as consequence, has made North Korea & Iran a real nuclear global threat to the entire free world!!! Plus the fact that Hillary giving away this 20% of our Nuclear Grade Uranium Material to Russia, resulted in the Clinton Foundation instantly getting 145 million dollars as a kick back.
