This plan works great in combination with your fitness plan.I did this same meal plan last year for 6 weeks. It helped me to fully adjust to a new lifestyle of eating and never to return to the old ways of eating. Saturday is cheat day and Sunday is a simple 3 meal day without the additional meals in between.
