  • Cold laser therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, is a particular
kind of treatment involving low-intensity laser, intended to stimulate
the healing process. Depending on the problem area, a low-level laser is
applied to the affected area, which is absorbed by tissues and triggers
a physiological reaction in the concerned damaged cells to promote
healing. It is known as cold because the laser used is too low on the
intensity scale and doesn’t heat up the body tissues, like other kinds
of laser treatments used for excising tumors and other conditions. In
this post, we will talk about the benefits, aspects, pros and other
    concerns related to this treatment.
