Designers, musicians and sports people were sent a reproduction of the original 1952 Fred Perry shirt and asked to personalise the shirt with a birthday message or full-blown customisation.From 30th May to 21st July, each of the customised shirts will be available as part of a special online auction in aid of the Amy Winehouse Foundation.
