Charter Bus companies face a unique challenge pleasing their
customers. A large percentage of Charter Bus riders meet the company only once
or twice. We therefore try our best to provide our charter bus customers the
best service possible. The Monsey Bus customer service manager for our ‘Monsey
Bus’ (charter bus) division and ‘Monsey Trails’ (commuter bus) division is Mrs.
Leah Breier. “We try very hard to please our riders” she says emphatically.
“Every call to our customer service is logged and acted upon. We appreciate
when our customers call because it educates us to the needs of our customers
and we adapt to please them. We are always upgrading our coach bus fleet to
offer our riders a smooth, pleasurable ride”.
