    Per VIDEO 102 - One of Barack Obama's first major legal appointments - On April 20 2009 Lanny Breuer was made Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice - a role which some have characterised as that of 'arbiter of cases to be tried - and of those which are to be binned' - termed as a 'swing-door' by some tho which I prefer to refer to as the professionals' "professional arse-coverer" - in the Philip Zelikow realm of Front & Zio-Chutzpah - as one might say ;-) No-one on Wall Street ever had to worry whilst Lanny 'the Blocker' was in the way...eh ? :p
