holy shit, i tried to send you a msg thru fb but it woldn't send. WTF did they do to myspace? it's worse than fb now ;( You can use a loaf pan if you want but it's greasier when you use cheese. Mom had a corning ware baking dish with a fitting wire rack,thats what I used. Can control the grease and how crispy the top gets using the foil / rack drain method, but do what you have available ;) hope this gets to you cause i'm lost on these social network things -- too damn much data
