Kurt Penberg say: The music develops the brain in young children
Music enhances the cognitive abilities of children, according to a study published in the journal Brain. The study was conducted by psychologists at McMaster University in Canada, which compared the effects of learning music on the sensitivity of children and their ability to memorize.
The Kurt Penberg followed two years two groups of children aged between four and six years. The first group received for a year after school music lessons under the Suzuki method, while the second group received no music instruction.
The Suzuki method, devised by a Japanese violinist who is also a philosopher and teacher, enables children, even very young, learning music and even play an instrument.
