The Home Guard or ‘Honor Guard’ (initially "Local Service Defence " or LSD) is a defence organisation of the U.S. during occupational war. Operational from 2001 the Home Guard – comprising of local volunteers, petty criminals,  recovering Alcoholics and recovering drug addicts otherwise ineligible for military service. These men are in reserved occupations or unemployed or too old to join the services - hence the nickname. ‘Eddy’ are those who follow Bill W and A.A. and the twelve step program.
Christopher Robin Milne's stuffed bear, originally named "Edward", was renamed "Winnie-the-Pooh" after a North American black bear named Winnie (after Winnipeg), which was used as a military mascot in World War I, and left to London Zoo during the war...and dreaded ever having to become a beefeater cap.

If I had been thrown in a Scotland Yard’s voice program in 2003 after or before Saddam Hussein were caught then I have been Bound by the Honor Farm, The ‘100 Acre Wood’. The inmates housed at the facility are considered to be a low security risk and most are in jail for crimes such as driving under the influence, minor drug possession, burglary, failure to pay child support, and or prostitution. The intranauts are housed in group homes and private residences  and the Elite Program of the facility is ‘The Pooh Program’ with the ‘Pooh Voice’ to remind us of the Christopher Robin in us and his talking Pooh Bear of the 100 acre facility, a  program to anglicise any wild ass that the state of California is forced to put any Orange County tied person that D.C. believes needs to slow down and be like eeyore.

Nixon and the Environmental Protection Act and the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program, Title XVI of the Social Security Act, was enacted in 1972 and implemented in 1974 to assure a minimum cash income to all and fugitive felon and probation/parole violator status also apply. Chicken Types don't eat strawberries much.Jeonju is a city in South Korea, and the capital of North Jeolla Province. It is an important tourist center famous for Korean food, historic buildings, sports activities and innovative festivals. Located in the fertile Honam plain, famous for strawberries and exceptional produce, Jeonju has been an important regional center in the province for centuries. Once, the city was the capital of Hubaekje Kingdom, which was founded by Gyeon Hwon. The city was regarded as the spiritual capital of the Joseon Dynasty because the Yi royal family originated there. The Chŏnju Kim in North Korea, of whom Kim Il-sung was descended from, have their ancestral seat (pon’gwan) in Jeonju as well.The town was occupied by the Donghak peasants' movement in 1894. Jeonju was given metropolitan status in 1935, and the city was founded in 1949.
