Favole Nere è un progetto nato a Torino nel 2007
per mano - fra gli altri - di Silvio Oreste, voce e chitarra, che
qualcuno ricorderà tra le firme della nostra stessa webzine. La band è
composta inoltre dal bassista Daniele Calò, dal batterista Paolo
Accossato e dalla brava cantante Caterina Pritoni. La proposta del
quartetto non può essere più sorprendente, vale a dire un rock con nette
radici new wave/post-punk, ma con molto spazio per soluzioni più dure,
radiofoniche e corpose. Un aggiornamento dello stile, più che una
contaminazione, che ha fatto la fortuna delle Favole Nere. I quattro
hanno infatti aperto per svariati act, spaziando da Paul Di'Anno fino ai
Sigue Sigue Sputnik, tra il Piemonte, la Liguria e la Lombardia. Questo
nuovo disco segna il ritorno all'autoproduzione, dopo la breve
esperienza contrattuale con la Crotalo/New Lm Records per il precedente
