hmm..maybe, ..starting tomorrow no more going to the vending machine at work, and no more sodas.. simply bring a water bottle and drink water, and have lean cuisine rolls, or lean pockets, or make a sandwich. then when at home, instead of looking in cupboard for snacks, grab a fruit...hmm and maybe strength training for at least 30 minutes. ...now lets see if i actually listen to myself and take that in.
