    Looking to Detox or just get Hydrated.... try this...Cinnamon Apple Infusion ~ A Delicious and HEALTHY Way To Get More Water In Wash 1 organic Fuji apple and slice thinlyDrop into glass water jug about 2 Liters (Quarts)Add 2 3" sticks of organic cinnamon - Ceylon is best but not as easy to findAdd as much ice as you like, I don't like my water cold so I add very littleFill jug with filtered, let sit for at least 1 hr, longer is betterGive it a good stir with your slicing knife, it will break up more of the appleSome sites say to drink this before meals and that makes sense with the cinnamon in it as it helps to control blood sugars. But other sites say just drink it all day. Do what you like. If you are using it as a water replacement just keep drinking it. If you are using it to help control blood sugars drink a large glass before meals. After you have drank the jug of water you can refill it once and stir it up good and break the cinnamon sticks, let sit and drink again. You can refrigerate for up to 24 hrs
