A different system....in the face of Covid.
What do we know may be helpful for covid?
- Fresh air - outside
-Sunlight - Vit D - esp outside
- Breathing practices (esp in fresh air)
- Less Stress
-Zinc and various minerals best found in healthy foods
Stress levels play a role as well as general overall health.
Things such as healthy gut biome (sauerkraut/ kombucha), NAC, Fenugreek, Elderberry, and other items may decrease and improve the situation as well.
Time to be outside, to relax, to meditate, to take these supplements & exercise are important.
Perhaps among greater ability to choose your schedules and live well would be beneficial.
