The pregnant superstar will no longer headline the festival's Saturday lineup, as anyone who saw her perform at the Grammys probably could've predicted. In a statement to the Associated Press, the news was announced as "Following the advice of her doctors to keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months, Beyoncé has made the decision to forgo performing at the 2017 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. However, Goldenvoice and Parkwood are pleased to confirm that she will be a headliner at the 2018 festival. Thank you for your understanding."
No word yet on whether or not members of the Beyhive will be able to get refunds or if Goldenvoice will replace her set with someone equally magnificent (as if such a person existed).
