Get ready for more antics from the eccentric Bluth family.
The stars are aligning for Arrested Development. The cult classic is very close to confirming a fifth season and it looks like all of the original cast members will be returning.
"I think we’re really close to pulling it off finally," said the show's executive producer Brian Grazer to The Wrap. "All of the actors have agreed to do it and I think they’ve agreed to their compensation structure. That’s been the hardest — it’s all hard … But it should be happening soon."
After Fox cancelled the beloved cut classic, which lasted three seasons between 2003 and 2006, Netflix brought the series back in 2015 for its fourth season. After the fourth season, Grazer had said that Netflix wanted more episodes of the show.
The star-studded cast of Arrested Development features Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, Jeffrey Tambor, Portia de Rossi, Will Arnett, Alia Shawkat, Jessica Walter, Tony Hale and David Cross.
