In news that surprises no one, Taylor Swift's latest relationship didn't work out.

One of the biggest names in pop music gave things an honest try with world-renowned DJ Calvin Harris but the couple ultimately decided to split up after about 15 months together.

Although there's no word on what caused the separation, an "insider" told People that the relationship didn't end with a lot of drama, but that it just wasn't working out for the two.

It's not the first time T-Swift has parted ways with a famous lover, and it likely won't be the last.

Here's hoping a few great songs come out of the breakup.
