She is also the first and only woman to win the Intercontinental Championship.
Wrestling icon Chyna was found dead at her Redondo Beach, CA home on April 20. She was 45.
As part of World Wrestling Entertainment, then World Wrestling Federation, Chyna broke gender barriers. She made her TV debut as bodyguard for Triple H, who helped discover her. But she went on to become the first woman to qualify for the Royal Rumble Match. She is also the first and only woman to win the Intercontinental Championship.
Because of how she dominated a male-driven sport, Chyna was soon known as the Ninth Wonder of the World.
Chyna spent five years in the WWE. She wrestled in Japan on tour and worked as an adult film star. Moreover, her relationship with the WWE became rocky. For years, Chyna said that she deserved to be in the Hall of Fame. Yet because of her foray into porn, fans and even fellow wrestlers argued against it.
Chyna was "found lying peacefully" on her bed, her manager Anthony Anzaldo tells NBC News. The cause of death is unknown, though police say there are no signs of foul play.
