This Democratic presidential candidate's got jokes!
Back in November, the sardonic Curb Your Enthusiasm comedian Larry David returned to Saturday Night Live to impersonate Bernie Sanders at an MSNBC forum. ("I've actually got a question for you—what the hell is this tonight? Why are we even here?" he said.) Critics praised his spot-on performance, though up until now, no one had asked the actual Democratic presidential candidate for his thoughts. So last night during a CNN town hall, host Anderson Cooper asked Bernie for precisely that. And, well, the old man's got jokes. "Anderson, I know you've been in journalism for a long time," Bernie said. "I am Larry David. And you didn't get it."
So much for fact-checking. Watch below.
