Well my name is Zachary Thomas Diedrich and I come from the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
I've been playing shows since I been 14 years old in the bars around my little home town. I played metal for about 8 years gaining quite the experience on stage playing the Underground circuit around Wisconsin's metal scenes in Green Bay, Oshkosh/Appleton, Milwaukee, and Madison areas. We recorded 2 studio albums before we disbanded when priorities and other members moved on. I quickly switched gears to my true roots playing Country and Blues. I started playing shows around town doing solo shows and gained a following and decided I was going to take my show to Nashville. I then quit my job and drove down to TN with $350 and moved in with a long time friend just outside of Nashville. I've lived there for about 2 and a half years now bouncing back and forth from Wisconsin and TN. In this I decided music is truly what I'm going to do with my life. I recorded my debut self-titled album featuring a crowd favorite for quite some time, "It’s what I do". I went on tour with Jason and the Punknecks through Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana and learned the ropes of the road. With Jason's inspiration I have begun touring by myself taking my story to the people. Since 2010 I have recorded three more albums. “Tennessee Ain't Ready For Me”, “More Than Just A Song”, and a Live album called “The Holler’ and a Shwaller’ Power Hour with Zachary Thomas Diedrich”. I've toured in my Pick up Truck by myself across the Country traveling through Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. I have recently changed my base of operations to Alabama to tour the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas.
