Norwegian black metal outfit Disiplin (sic) was formed in the year 2000 by lead guitarist/bassist General K (ex-Myrkskog).
Vocalist Ausslavia, rhythm guitarist Krig, and drummer Nex eventually joined and the band soon signed to Moonfog Productions. Featuring guest appearances from scene colleagues like Samoth and Bard "Faust" Eithun (both ex-Emperor), the band's eponymous debut emerged in early 2004 and focused on the primitive, early style of black metal pioneered by Mayhem and Darkthrone, with occasional nods to the refinements of subsequent years. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
