Black metal band Willow Wisp was formed in Atwater, CA in 1985 by singer/guitarist Air-rik and drummer Toe-Knee; relocating to Hollywood five years later, the duo added Air-rik's younger brother, keyboardist Glenn Lee Alan Davis, and with the recruitment of bassist Raven, the lineup was complete.
Following the release of Willow Wisp's 1997 LP The Building Up and Breaking Down of Matter, Raven left the group, and was replaced by bassist Church for the follow-up, 1999's Delusions of Grandeur (A Gathering of Heretics). ~ Jason Ankeny
