2008 came this was the year that I wasn't ready for. The kids mother started school and my business still was slow, America was going in a slump and my relationship was rocky plus the bills pilled up. And in June I loss my job that I was operations MGR for and I had to moved out of my place ,I told the kids mother that we are not working out and I don't think we can be together and if she want to stay at the place we had she can but I had to move. So we ended up staying together and moving out we put all of are stuff into storage when we moved into my mothers garage from that point I stop with Myspace plus going on the computer, I had one last job for my business in July of 08 and that was that. In august we moved out of my mothers garage because it wasn't working out, she always had something to say and the mother of my kids didn't like living there as well. So we moved out and moved in with her grandma and as soon as we got there she told me that she didn't want me there and my kids mother talked her into having me stay and that didn't last for too long as well because me and her grandma got into it and then I was out of her place now Im in the car and my kids mother didn't feel right that she was in the house with the kids and I was in the car so she end up staying with me in the car and we stood in the area so we can be close to the kids just keep in mind things are still not ok with the relationship. So now she going to school and Im trying to look for work and so is she. Things were bad in that year. 2008 was coming to an end and we were still in the car but the kids mother still kept going to school then one night she came back from school crying and shaking I ask her what happen she didn't want to say she just wanted me to hold her. after that things really got bad between us we were not happy anymore. Their was one more break up but that didn't go all the way threw. 2009 now we were living in a studio/room in downtown Hayward,ca and she finished school and landed a job in Fremont,ca towards the end of that year we packed up and moved to the west part of San Jose, Ca everything was getting some-what better less fights trust was kinda getting back but the closeness still wasn't there that much. I was still looking for work and I would just get seasonal/part-time work that wouldn't last to long tho. Then I met up with a person that I knew and they started to tell me about this profile and that they knew it wasn't me because they know I don't do things like that. but they had to ask. then I told my kids mother about that, she said she knew nothing. its now 2010 and I got some more news this time from a different person and this had to do with the profile and a group of street ppl were behind that and my kids mother was also behind that...So once again I had to address that to her she said I was crazy and she don't know nothing. At that point I just wanted out and I just wanted to talk to someone so I called this nice girl I use to be good with and she was into me but she lived far away. then a person I met.. told me that they got a crazy text to check out something and i told them I didn't send that and the girl I was talking to got one of those text too. so then I knew my phone was getting hacked and some one was sending out text from my number I had to find out if that was the truth and it turned out my line was getting hacked some how. And #they knew who I was calling so when I wasn't on the phone they would send out spam text to the ppl I was talking too.So then the girl that I was talking too out of state stop talking to me and so did this one other girl that lived closer, things didn't get that bad yet.I started trade school in the spring of 2010 and things were still ok I was also going to a carrier center to find work and get help with my resume. Then I started to notice that I saw these ppl showing up and looking at me and some would even take notes these ppl were only Hispanic and sometime they would just show up at stores I was at. That was going on for a minute then some one told me I was on some GPS APP name loocs or something like that.. if they call from their number they can track you so from that point I went to the law-Enforcement and told them what's going on and about a fake profile that was a impersonation of me and the ppl behind that was a gang out here And I told them that my life wasnt ok that I didn't like how they were stocking me to make this fake profile and hack my phone.They said they would keep an eye out and look into things. From that point things were ok and I just started to speak out on This profile on Myspace about this other profile. its now the middle of the year of 2010 and things are ok then I get some news that my kids mother was cheating on me and she got gang raped at a party when she went to heald college and she was making pornos so I ask her if that was true and she got mad and said I was crazy and told me I need to trust her,So I left it alone. 2010 was coming to an end and the rent went up plus are land-lord was being just a ass so we packed up and moved to Tracy ca. in a duplex, When we got there everything was good then 2011 hit everything still was good I even ended up getting work at a warehouse driving a forklift then a month pass and got word that when I was living in san jose ca that those gang ppl that made that fake profile were passing out flyers on me around my hood. when I hurd that I was upset and also found out that they found out that they knew where I lived now. Things still remained ok then I lost my job and I also found out that they still had that fake profile up but they stop hacking my phone at this point I was still was speaking out on MySpace and then the same person told me that they think my neighbors were watching me with some heat sensor cam that can see threw walls so I went to the local law enforcement and let them know everything that's was happeing to me and who was behind the fake profile and they where watching me and using this cam to record me next door. so at the time the cop said net stuff is not a serous crime and they couldn't do anything about that. After that I took matters into my own way so I started acting funky doing funky things that one else saw in my house just the neighbors video taping this I did this so the cops can come over and they did once and they knocked on my door and I told them to knock next door and they did but no one answered I just kept on doing crazy stuff from time to time and still speaking out on Myspace then I hurd they got caught because of a bust that happen in San Jose ca and they found some bosses that knew about that profile and they had them on tape and they got blasted out on that So drama happen to their gang and then ppl started to hate on them so then I came up and they took that profile down and when their ppl started getting drama in the prisons they had to lie and put up that fake profile again and kill those boss members that talked in san jose.I couldn't find any work after my job laid me off and at that time I was just taking care of things at home.Its now the middle of 2011 and thing were just getting worst now things started going back and forth on the net and my kids mother knew but still couldn't say anything then I found a last minute word that she was going to get married behind my back but to who I didn't know at the time and I had to stop that and I did..Then someone told me that on the net other dudes were competing with ME threw my kids mother it was like an ego thing for these dudes and it was all ages married, single and in relationship she fuck around with all of them and like always and she said didn't know what I was talking about. from that point the real haters of nor cali kept getting caught with that fake profile and some how they would put it up again and twist things up and have their people lie about me some people were getting paid off too. 2011 was coming to an end and I found out they had a clone that look like me. keep in mind that I am still speaking out on Myspace and post the info. sometimes info would come to me late or not at all. it was around the end of 2011 or the begging of 2012 and I got some info that the person that my kids mother was going to marry behind my back, to went to Folsom prison in cali and he got bitch out and his cherry pop and he had dentures and a loose but hole. its now march of 2012 and things still are not getting better, then I broke up with my kids mother and things just didn't get better in house so in April or 2012 we moved out of that duplex in Tracy and she went to Sacramento ca and I stood in Tracy with my kids so they can finish school and in may I went to Florida and the kids stood at their grandmas house. When I got to Florida everything was good I like the way things were going I just didn't come there with a lot of money so it was kind of rough I was able to get work fast and everything was good I had to two jobs and things were going better for awhile I was talking to my kids and they were already out of school now and things were ok. The main reason that I move was to find a better place to live where the cost of living wasn't so high and the people were nicer and none of these people were trying to be me and twist my image up. And once things were better for me financially I would raise my son. the time that I'm still in Florida and some information that clone is out there being me so I just left that alone and then I had to speak out sometimes on Myspace and just live and made the best of what I had. June came around and my birthday past and everything is alright and then some news came that I had a twitter acct.when I laughed because I set that up on Myspace I told people that if I had to get another acct. that it was going to be on twitter because I wanted to see if the #redmexiscams of nor cali was going to make that before I left cali and they did....so work got slow and money was low and I still had somethings that were unfinished in cali plus the kids mother got all sloppy with handling things out in cali and it just seem like when I left things got worst so I came back and now its the middle of July and i'm in Sacramento ca not with much and I am trying to be with my kids and look for work plus help plan things better with the kids mother on what we had to take care of and no drama was happening when living there then I left Sacramento in September and moved to Tracy from there I landed a work and I also got news that person that was trying to get married to my kids mother behind my back died in prison when I got the news I laugh and I told that person I didn't know that loser and i'm glad he died because he was part of this whole mess and his gang works is going bad and in December of 2012 I move out of Tracy ca and looking for work again so now I am living in the south bay and I go to Sacramento every now and then so now its 2013 and still fighting online to let ppl know whats going on and the #redmexiscams just keep getting caught trying to be me and putting up that fake profile and twisting things up and making the ppl believe that its me behind that.Then my car breaks down and now i'm in living in the south part of the bay area.I wasn't there for to long because the kids mother called and said she has her own place now and she need me to move the stuff that we had in storage from Tracy to Sacramento and I could stay for 2 months and then i will be out so I was good with that. thinking that things would be aright but not ok to get back together again and so things still were not good and online drama was still going on behind my back and they are still getting caught and this just keeps happening because these group of ppl just don't stop.and so my fame is high and everyday my fame just gets bigger and so much that its starting to get difficult to land work.
