So, we decided to do Batman characters and Court wanted an Ivy. After looking at the comic art, we noticed something...

Tossed salad. This only looks cool because of the artist's ability. We'd need CGI or a wind machine to make this happen.

      Hmmm...looks like a salad.

60's tv show pinup in a SALAD. (Is Adam West under that compost heap, Pammy?)

This is doable - little foliage and a good pose. The reason this looks good is because of the artist. NOT the costume.

I found a pair of ballet tights that were close to Courtney's skin color, and airbrushed them with green and brown paint.

Good god, lookit them cans! No, wait - look at the vines wrapped around her legs. Yes. Look there. That's where *I* looked.

This is my 2nd sketch. Made the vines on the corset look more "gropey". Courtney wanted dirty-looking hands and feet. (It's a Tranny!)

Malaki sculpted this gorgeous gaping neck wound on Courtney for Singularity. He made it from cotton and liquid latex. I stole the idea.

I painted the outlines on her legs with bodypaint. She put a cheap pair of tights on over all that paint and I went to work.

Remember the cotton and the latex? This is cotton cording (used in upholstery) partially sewn on and partially glued on with rubber.

The dusty looking stuff is baby powder, to take the tackiness away. This took several sessions and lots of Buffy DVDs. (RIP Stinkbird)

Right leg done! Wait... more stuff to do, dammit... (This is where these should have been painted. But I was making things up as I went.)

We went to Denny's (because I don't cook) and started sketching. Didn't like the leafy legs or the black panties, but the vines? YAY!

To get the positioning right, she put the one on over the other.
