One of Vinylmetriks brothers gave him this tape (a silver one) on which a DJ made exactly that kinda music-> Grandmaster Flash!

So Vinylmetrik was getting more and more attached to that music. Once he was building 2 compact systems on his own and was getting a cheap mixer for it

-> his 1st DJ-set was born!

Meanwhile it was getting bigger an bigger until Vinylmetrik got into electronic music as well. For a while he played Deep-House, to buy something to eat. Vinylmetrik mixed that with old record of the 80's and 90's so that people were satisfied listening to their shitty Vocal-House music. Thank god it's over now ;) ..

As time went by Vinylmetrik had some project going on with Mzee, but it failed. After that he discovered himself finding to Trip-Hop. In 2006 Vinylmetrik got to know new people that were persuading me to rock on the turntables and keep on going with some drum´n´base as CUT FRESH.

In 2008, a new area was born, Vinylmetrik took all his own productions with some kinda music he can´t forget to produce a very big collection of beats, mixtapes & snippets.
