Formed in 1999, this London quartet has a knack for producing crafty pop gems within or slightly beyond the period of two minutes, hence their moniker.
The band signed to Teenage USA in 1999 and played North by Northeast as well as the Toronto club scene. The band has two albums to their credit, 1999's Volume I and the appropriately named follow-up, Volume II, in August, 2001. ~ Jason MacNeil
