Latin rock band from Argentina Timmy O'Tool burst into the local scene by the end of the 1990s, issuing an EP in 1997 and participating in an event called Buenos Aires No Duerme (Buenos Aires Doesn't Sleep) in 1998.
The following year, the band recorded Soda Stereo's "No Existes," to get it included in a compilation called Gracias Totales. In April of 2000, Timmy O'Tool released its debut album, called No Soy Yo, including a cover of the Rolling Stones' "Satisfaction (I Can't Get No)," later having the chance to play along with Mexican El Tri and Resorte. ~ Drago Bonacich
