Picking up the bass guitar in 1975, Timothy was soon a regular of the Hollywood club scene, playing bass for the bands, Afton Kid, White Lace, and legendary LA band - Stormer.
After recommitting his life to Christ in 1983, Tim joined the Sweet brothers Robert and Michael, and guitarist Oz Fox in the band Roxx Regime.Signing with indie label Enigma Records in 1984 they soon changed their name to Stryper. Strypers success over a quarter century has been well documented in over 10 million in album sales, a Grammy nomination, and recipients of multiple Dove awards.
Apart from Stryper, Timothy has toured and performed with artists such as Richard Marx, Ashley Cleveland, Kim Hill, Bryan Duncan, & Tourniquet. And works as a session musician in Nashville.
Latest solo effort - Breakfast @ Timothy's was released in September of 2009.
