The Burnin' Sands were born in March 2005 from the ashes of a previous project.
The newly formed three-piece instrumental band combined the technical lead work of Francois Maltais on guitar with Dimitri Baloukov's driving bass lines and Tyrell Johnman's solid percussive work.
