Tanya M. Dixon is Chairman and CEO of Tandiland Ventures LLC, a multimedia company specializing in television, video and film production and parent to Tandi Productions Enterprises LLC and Tandimonium Films. In 1988, Tanya began her career in entertainment as an Entertainment Editor of a newspaper and on-air personality/Music Director for KQCF/KLUV-FM in Austin, Texas.
Tanya then started in television as an entertainment reporter and eventually the host of "Magic Video", an entertainment television show. In September of 1992,Tanya started her own production company Tandi Productions Enterprises LLC.

Through her production company, Tanya has created and produced several shows such as "Reel Life", "The Mix", “Off Glass”, "Its Your Future“, “On Point” and "Sounds of Soul“ where she has featured personalities such as Russell Simmons, Queen Latifah, Sean “Diddy”Combs, Alicia Keys, and LL Cool J over the last 20 years. Her extraordinary vision and talent led her to win 9 television awards for her shows "Reel Life" and"Sounds of Soul", which have also garnered favorable Nielsen ratings in Texas, Georgia, and Florida markets for many years (i.e. Fox,Warner Bros., and UPN networks).

In the year 2000 Tanya launched the services division of Tandi Production where some of her clients to date include Black Radio Exclusive Magazine, Clear Channel, Georgia Rage Football team, National Narrowcasting Network (N3), Urban Brands, the League of Black Women, and various independent and major record labels. Tanya began producing and directing music video productions for independent and major recording artists in 2001, but her passion for film grew with her debut as producer in the romantic comedy "To Have and To Hold". In time she would launch Tandimonium Films with the documentary film, “The Beginning”, featuring Young Jeezy, Sonny Spoon,and Field Mob which chronicles “the rise, fall, and the resurrection” of the independent, southern label Dollyhood Records. Other film projects would follow such as the short film “Thin Line”focusing on mental health disorders. While Tanya Dixon is busy breaking barriers and reinventing the film,television and video production industry with her keen sense of creativity,passion and drive, she continues to set new goals for her future such as directing feature films. In the spring/summer of 2013 Tanya will produce the suspense/thriller feature film,“Six In One”. After many years of producing and directing various film and television products, this film will be her debut as writer and director of a major feature film project.

Tanya has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management (Morris Brown College, Atlanta)and is a member of NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment) with nearly 25 years of industry experience in entertainment.
