New York-born singer/songwriter Taborah Adams first tasted success in Europe with the group Blackwood, and since leaving the group has become a favorite artist on the European dance music scene.
Her debut single, "I've Got to Have You," released in 1992 on Blue Village/A&D Records, has been an enduring dancefloor hit in Europe and Canada, and subsequent single releases like "Ride on the Rhythm" and "My Love for You" have also been club hits. "I Am (The Rising)," produced by remixer Johnny Rocks, was released as a single in 2004. ~ Steve Leggett
