I love Gospel, music, and contemporary Gospel, and old spirtual's that toches the soul. i am also a lover of Motown music, I love the old goldies. In 1962 i came to N.Y. from Norfolk Va. I stated writting love ballard's.The first lyrics competitionin 1976, The American Song Festival. I entered one of my song's Title " I Rather Lose You Than To Share You." My lyrics made it to the 2nd level that signifies that the lyrics was among the top 7% of all lyric's entered, just short of being one of the 1976 prize winner's. I received a lovely letter, and a beautiful certificate of Merit, signed by Managing Director Tad Danz, and Musical director Dave Pell..

I am a writer, and a singer, in 1980 I was diagnose withe cancer. That is when I ask God for something to do to get my mind of my condition, that is when I wrote my first Gospel song. About the healing of the cancer cell's in my body. Title "God Is The Greatest In My Life." God has bless me to write 40 song's I spread God's words through my songs in my church, and where God lead me. I am under the leadership of Bishop Lillian R. Wilshire at Christ Community Church in Brooklyn N.Y. I am bless to spread God word through my song"s, and Give God The Glory.
