Karoline has worked in non-profit violence prevention for the last decade in several capacities; she has served as the C.A.R.E. Line Coordinator at UNLV's Jean Nidetch Women's Center, as the coordinator of UNLV's Peers Advocating Anti-Violence Education (PAAVE) team, at Family and Child Treatment and The Rape Crisis Center she served as a prevention educator, victim advocate and court advocate, helping survivors of sexual violence rebuild their lives by connecting them to services and accompanying them through court or legal proceedings. In addition to being an advocate and activist, Karoline is a former business owner, classically trained pianist, violinist, and vocalist, and has participated in the production of Las Vegas and UNLV’s V-DAY campaigns for nine years.
