1992: SUICIDAL WINDS as a band name and concept is born through Peter and Mathiasformer band KRISTOS MORTIS.

In 1994: There demo "The Road To..." is spread in rather small extent due to theextremely primitive nature of this tape. 1996: A new reh/demo called"Massacre" is recorded. Introducing the new bassist Andreas Ström. Itincludes six own songs and two HELLHAMMER covers.

In 1997: 3rddemo "Aggression" is recorded with new drummer Martin Hogebrandt. Itconsists of five songs, one of them a cover of SEPULTURA’s classic"Antichrist". Fourth demo "Definitely War" is also recordedbut isn’t released until May 1998.

1998: Late this year the band comes incontact with German label No Colours Records which results in a two album deal.

1999: The debutalbum "Winds of Death" is recorded with producer Robert Bengtsson (GRIEF OF EMERALD), who later came to produce 2nd full-length album “Victims inBlood. Both an LP and CD version is released.

The response was very good.

In 2000 The band themselves released a split 7" EP with BESTIAL MOCKERY. The 300copies gets sold out very fast.

In 2001 2nd full-lenght album "Victims in Blood" is out through No ColoursRecords.

In 2002 A7" EP called "Misanthropic Anger" is released by WarlordRecords. New recruits Emil Johansson (ILL NATURED), Fredrik Andersson (AXISPOWERS) and Thomas Hedgren (PSYCHOMANTUM) replace Andreas and Martin. TheMLP/MCD "Crush us with fire" is released introducing the new line-up.Including four new songs, a GROTESQUE cover and a live track from 2001.

2003:The band leaves No Colours Records and signs a two album deal with AgoniaRecords in Poland. Some gigs were played.

2004 3th full-lenght album "Wrath of God" is released.

2005 Some gigs were played.

2006: The band releases a split CD called "From conflict to conquest" withAmerican band GRAVEWURM on Time Before Time Records. Gigs are done in Swedenand Germany and one is recorded on the Festung Open Air festival. This will bereleased by Pulverised records in a near future. No colours records isre-releasing "Winds of Death" with bonus tracks on CD.

In early 2008 the bands 4th full-length album “Chaos rising” Was released on Pulverisedrecords.

In 2009 asplit single was released with polish THRONEUM. Some gigs were played in Sweden 2009-2010.

In may 2010 Emil quit the band and the replacement was the old lead guitar player Andreas Ström (Also lead guitar player in CHTONIUM, former CONSPIRACY. Some gigs where done in germany and sweden then.

SUICIDALWINDS has also contributed on several compilations and live tapes.

A new full-lenght album will be recorded in juni 2012.

In november Suicidal winds have their 20 years jubileum party in Uddevalla.

On 28 th februari 2014 the new album "Chthonian sun" will be release on
