Stefka sings in many languages and styles: Bulgarian and Russian folk music, bossa nova, blues, funk, and gospel, but she prefers jazz music. From 1996 she has appeared regularly in gala-nights, feasts, cocktail parties, jazzclubs and piano bars. She is accompanied by Lauran Katz, Manuel Rochemann, Thierry Colson, Patrice Galas, Benoît de Mesmay, LaurentGanzini, Pierre Christophe, Yoni Zelnik, Christian Brun, Darko Andelkovic etc. Stefka is a teacher in singing and vocal technique (piano-jazz school in Paris -15, school "Klimat" - cultural center in Sucy en Brie, cultural center inAulnay sous bois, Musique Ensemble XXe, cult.center in Montreuil, BNP Paribas, France Télecom etc.) from1997. She founded the"Stefkajazz quartet" in 1998, and composes and arranges jazz standards with Bulgarian taste (style), using irregular rhythms and modes from Bulgarian folklore.
