The 'Starfighter Rock & Roll Club was founded in June 2004 by International/Radio D.J 'ROCKIN ROLAND' at the 'Norfolk Dumpling' a old 50's diner located on Norwich's old Cattle Market with the ultimate aim of bringing the top artistes/bands from the U.K, Europe & the U.S.A using the many contacts made by 'Rockin Roland' over the course of twenty years.
We have had many, many great Artists tread the Starfighter stage both at the Norfolk Dumpling & at Wreningham Village Hall where we are based today moving here in 2006 including; Gene Summers (U.S.A), Charlie Gracie (U.S.A), Ray Campi (U.S.A), Terry Dean, Shane Fenton, Vince Eager, John Leyton, Crazy Cavan, The Rapiers, Bill Fadden, John Lewis, Gene Gambler, Shaun Horton, Sureshots, Slingshots, Rusty Steele, Rudy La Crioux, Hi Voltage (Scotland), MarsAttacks(Germany), Wild Goners (France), Be-Bops (Belgium), Mischief (Holland), Kick-Em Jenny (Holland), Jack Baymore (Sweden) & dozens more great acts over 10 years !!, all supported by Int D.J 'Rockin Roland'.We are celebrating our 10th Anniversary in June 2014 !! & have a great line up for 2014 !!
