Rick Ray is a solo musician who has to be one of the most prolific of any.
From the years 1993 to 1996, he worked with three different groups, Neurotic, the Rick Ray Band, and Riot Act. 1996 was when he quit to begin working on recording. He released a staggering total of 24 CDs between 1999 and 2002. His musical style is guitar-driven and combines classic rock modes with instrumental music, progressive rock, and jazz. He cites his favorite guitarist as Frank Marino and it shows. ~ Gary Hill
