Meet the Founder and President Tranette S. Engram
Tranette Engram helps to change the way people see themselves in their own lives and provides motivation that crosses over all boundaries, with the goal of inspiring women to make the most of their personal, spiritual, and professional lives, allowing them to recognize, connect to, and fulfill their role in the world at large. Her blend of passionate conviction, unique perspectives, sense of humor and professional, down-to-earth manner make her accessible to everyone, whether they come from inner city or corporate America’s boardrooms.
Tranette Engram is a passionate advocate for women by designing programs, platforms, connections and collaborative opportunities for women to lead the way in their spiritual, personal and professional. She credits her Co-President Arthur Brown for the 2012 igniting and birthing of She Helps to Empower. Overcoming obstacles has been a recurring theme in Tranette’s life; though they weren’t easy, she is now grateful for her struggles. With no regrets, it made her the woman of today. This opportunity further fueled
Tranette’s passion for sharing her story and empowering women. Using her life lessons as her foundation, Tranette is dedicated to paying it forward and inspiring other women to succeed. She believes in empowering women to take control of their lives, teaching them to be intentional and focus their ;;K energy in a positive direction in an effort not just to survive, but also to thrive through conscious living and making excellent choices.
Tranette’s background spans work within various sectors and currently serves on various Board of Directors, volunteered with numberous charitable organizations and committees. She established a considerable reputation as a thoughtful philanthropist in her own right.
Tranette Engram reside in the Historic City of Temple Terrace, FL. She is married to her best-friend and biggest supporter Derrick Engram. They have two sons LaDarreus McElroy, Atlanta Ga and Larry Rice, Jr., Detroit Michigan. Tranette is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Services at Walden University Focusing on Women's Health: African American Women on Stroke and Breast Cancer
