In the early years, the label emerged with the focus of Black-, Death-, Doom-, Pagan- and Viking-Metal under other names.

In 2002, Schwarzdorn Production entered a contract with Twilight Distribution. In the year 2010, Schwarzdorn Production changed the distributor for Germany & Austria to Soulfood Music Distribution, with Non Stop Music providing distribution for Switzerland. For the rest of the world, Plastic Head Distribution UK are our partners.

Schwarzdorn Production is a rather small but dedicated label, and as well as production, also has an online shop!
