R.Shanelle was a pioneer of the Spoken Word Indie music boom on Myspace. Her first singles, "Poetic Praise" and "Beautiful" were number ones for 12 weeks on Myspace Music Indie hip-hop artist charts in 2006. R.Shanelle has traveled across the United States performing, teaching, and speaking at churches, festivals, and conferences. Enjoying the intimacy of the smaller venues, R.Shanelle has released new music, published a book of poems and a Christian romance novel that is available on SoundCloud, Amazon, and CDBaby. R.Shanelle has recently branched into voice-overs for audiobook and commercials.
