She has extensive experience working in almost every aspect of the music industry including radio, marketing, concert production and artist relations at various companies such as Radio Express, OnAir, Radio Disney, Little Brown Girl Clothing, LA Music Network and the National Association of Record Industry Professionals before joining the Myspace team in 2003.

She has conceptualized, produced and executed concerts and/or original online programming for the company integrating artists and brands that include but not limited to Rihanna, Jay-Z, T.I., John Legend, Diddy, Lady Gaga, 3OH!3, Jesse McCartney, Alicia Keys, Snoop Dogg, Akon, Far East Movement, Pitbull, DJ Hero, Xbox, HP, Wendys, Budweiser, AT&T, Coca Cola, XM Radio, Smirnoff, Heineken, Adidas, Touchstone Pictures, MTV Films and many more. At Myspace, she also worked with strategic partners such as XM Radio, BET, American Music Awards and VIBE which led to joint partnerships like the XM Show Us What You Got National Contest, BET Myspace Music Rookie of the Year televised Hip Hop Award, AMA red carpet livestream & VIBE Verses Program with Wyclef Jean. She helped the teams to launch the successful Myspace Music, Latino. Comedy, UK and Hip Hop communities. Registered urban artists exponentially grew from 126 registered artists to over 2M under her previous position as Director of Urban editorial, helping to secure high profile album premieres from artists like Kanye West, 50 Cent and E-40.

In 2009, Roslynn was named one of Billboard Magazine’s “Top 30 Music Industry Professionals Under 30″" alongside other professionals like Justin Bieber Manager Scooter Braun and Drake Manager Cortez Bryant. In 2007, Roslynn was featured in The Source Magazine annual “Power 30" cover story″ alongside notables Diddy and Russell Simmons with Myspace co-founders Chris DeWolfe and Tom Anderson. With other features in XXL Magazine, LA Weekly, etc. – her most important feature remains a cover story in the Filipino global newspaper servicing her community- the Asian Journal.

After a 7 year hiatus, Roslynn continues to co-host, produce and DJ a weekly radio show entitled "Third Floor Radio" promoting positive hip hop, R&B and soul music from the 3 levels past, present and future with DJ Jay-P and Reneli.

Since her recent departure from Myspace after being apart of the team since it's early start over 9 years ago, Roslynn started own company, the Third Floor Network consulting with established artists, DJs, brands and media companies on their social media, talent booking, grassroots marketing, advertiser integration and the ideation and execution of live events. She has booked talent such as Steve Aoki, Casey Veggies and Cage The Elephant that have appeared on SKEELIVE on Mark Cuban's AXS TV, Diddy's Revolt TV and What's Trending on YouTube.

In her freetime she still enjoys DJing special events, speaking at inspiring youth conferences like Pow Wow Hawaii, Billboard Latin Music Conference (Miami), Latin Alternative Music Conference (New York), the New Skool Rules Hip Hop & R&B Global Conference (Rotterdam, The Netherlands), and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends from Walnut, CA.
