QOPH
QOPH started in the mid 90's as an instrumental psychedelic act. The band was formed by guitarists Filip Norman and Fredrik Räfvenklo (The Moon) together with drummer Federico de Costa.

In 1996 singer Robin Kvist joined the band adding Swedish lyrics to the music. Fredrik, who had decided to leave the band, was replaced by Jimmy Wahlsteen shortly before the demo sessions for QOPH's first album.

The debut album "Kalejdoskopiska Aktiviteter" ("Kaleidoscopic Activities"), released in 1998 by prog rock label Records Heaven, gained international recognition.

Most notable during the late 90's era was the numerous concerts, or "Psychedelic Evenings" as they were called, at the legendary Studion in Stockholm, where the band sold out time after time.

"Pyrola", the bands first album sung in English, released in Sweden, Germany and Japan in 2004, featured several guest apperances, including Mats Öberg (Mats/Morgan), Joakim Svalberg (Opeth, Yngwie Malmsteen) and Nicklas Barker (Anekdoten).

The third QOPH album "Freaks", with new singer Rustan Geschwind, was released by Transubstans Records and Nasoni Records (Vinyl) in December 2012.
