Based out of Long Beach, CA, the party-centric rap trio Pseudo Rebels have their eyes focused on the '80s with their brand of hip-hop, self styled as “Sweater Rap.
” Consisting of MCs B-Nyce and DP3, and backed up by DJ Too Billion, the Rebels' sound straddles the line between old school rap and synth driven electro. In 2009 the group released their debut EP, Shut Up and Party!. They continued to gain public attention with remixes of songs by Kid Cudi and Black Eyes Peas, and have announced they are working on a follow up to their EP debut.. ~ Gregory Heaney
