A Wisconsin-based thrash/groove metal unit in the vein of Lamb of God, Pantera, and Testament, Product of Hate was founded in 2007 by vocalist Adam Gilley, bassist Mark Campbell, drummer Mike McGuire, and guitarists Cody and Gene Rathbone.
The band honed its punishing sound on the road, sharing stages with the likes of Meshuggah and GWAR, among others, before inking a deal with Napalm Records in 2015. The band's debut studio long player for the label, Buried in Violence, was mixed and mastered by James Murphy (Death, Obituary, Testament) and released in early 2016. ~ James Christopher Monger
