Paulo Bergo was born in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil. He moved to Rio de Janeiro when he was seven years old and began to play acoustic guitar and bass when he was ten years old. He is musician, chemist and yoga teacher. He has worked with several Brazilian artists and bands playing bass. In 1990 he moved to Maceió, Alagoas and produced several artists in his home studio. Now he is recording his songs in his analogical eight tracks home studio in Rio de Janeiro playing all instruments.
