On July 4, Jay-Z will release his 12th studio album, 'Magna Carta Holy Grail,' by way of a unique partnership between Universal, Samsung and Jay's own Roc Nation. Though little is known about the surprise release (announced just weeks before street date via a TV commercial), it's been revealed that the album will incorporate elements of Gen-X anthems Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" (for the song "Holy Grail") and R.E.M.'s "Losing My Religion" (on "Heaven").
