I am marketing an online petition to increase awareness of Excessive Attorney Fees to Disabled Individuals Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Benefits. I Believe only a few attorneys in Maryland and nationwide are taking advantage of disabled individuals. However some States such as Massachusetts protects Disabled people Disability benefits. I am a Disabled person and my former attorney is charging me $50,000 after quoting me $10,000. The attorney has also attached himself to my disability to take $600.00 a month for the duration of my insurance policy (23) years. My only option is to pay thousands for another attorney to reverse the damage because The State of Maryland laws do not protect disabled people Short-term and Long-term Disability benefits.
