Singer/songwriter Marta Hristea emerged from the mid 90s Romanian pop scene.
Her next step was jazz music and today she is mainly known for her jazz recordings and performances. Marta experiments with electronic sounds and folk music from Romania. She is a graduate of Rotterdam Conservatorium and the University of Bucharest.
