Marnitude is a post-rock band from Paris and Brussels.
They play a contemplative and sad indie music with brittle cold melodies, eyeing the side of Low, Arab Strap or Elysian Fields.

Since the birth of the band in 2004, the project has evolved from songwriting staff to its present formation on stages : folk pieces dressed in electric guitars, and soaring organ. Marnitude recently played on stage with Emily Jane White (folk US), Tara Jane O'Neil (folk US) Cyclorama (noise LUX) or Lucie Thorne (folk AUS) in Brussels and Paris. Its first EP 6 tracks 'Marnitude' was released in March 2011 in Brussels. The next album is being recorded and will be orchestrated with drums and trumpet on most songs.
